crashing out for no reason

1: i didnt say they couldnt talk to friends or hang out, nor did i say that they are bots. 2: they dont do their job wen they ignore ppl that need help. 3: why would i bother asking staff to help? i have tried before and i get ignored.

They do help people but not with dumb reasons like "Ban me for one second mqgy" or "Smoke can you give me a elytra" if you ahve a problem or a bug in the server theyd be glad to help!
