So i built a house when i first joined the server and i didn't know how to claim stuff, later i claimed it but before that someone put a private chest in my house. I don't think that person is online much cause i haven't seen them. it's pretty anoyying to have to build around it. Is there not like some rule that staff can take it away after it has been inactive for a couple of weeks?

Well, I would suggest contacting a staff member and inquiring about them potentially removing the private signs. You're able to ask a staff member via in-game chat when online. Otherwise, you could also try contacting them on Discord.

Additionally, something that I didn't mention previously if you plan to contact a staff member on Discord, I highly suggest contacting SmokePVP or Mqgy.
