There will be many routes, but we need you. We need a lot of workers for this project to work, we also need donations large to small. Craftsmen: pay: 65k you are the one who creates the items that will be useful for the mine, such as (tnt, rails, ect)
Route manager: pay:350k make all route decision all routes and places, can fire anyone (on the route team, with great reason)
Mine Manager: pay:500k you have all the power of the mine, you can fire anyone (on the mine team, with great reason)
Bomb/tnt manager: pay: 210k, you are the one that choses where tnt should be placed, must be approved by the management team, you are also able to fire anyone( on the bomb/tnt team, with great reason)
Management team: pay: 1.2M, you have all power, you are able to fire anyone that isnt doing there job correctly, that includes managers.

getting fired: IF YOU ARE FIRED, you are done, we dont want to work with you anymore, managers can give you many chances if they feel. If you wait one week, and ask permission of anyone on the managment team to be rehired, you start off as a trainee.

Greifing: all greifers will be reported

Not really. I opened a public farm with 7x more spawners and grinding was washed up with no IRL deals. 15Mil is a half hours work.
 
I'm gonna help you with this. I'm good with maps and cords so I can be route expert but I can do other jobs too. I had a plan to do rails around survival map but didn't had time this season. The biggest problem will be with claiming all this. Sure project will take a lot time to do but it's not impossible.

Part of the route that is in your area would be claimed by you then.

The highway would be so small that why would you want to claim a specific smaller than 15x15 spot when literally you can choose any other spot in the entire world that would be the same plot.
