They aren't real I've seen a few people going around asking for paypal money for overlord that they got from a crate. It's just a visual glitch caused by hot-keying an item from the crate they don't actually have it. And btw if you use this glitch to try and convince a staff member you didn't get something from a crate it's bannable (so don't do it).

and if you get the rank it will automatically go into ur account and u wont get the block i think
 
Im pretty sure doing this and lying about it is bannable, correct me if im wrong but i think i remember a few months ago someone getting punished for doing this
 
Yeah I remember when someone said that they did this on the old forums and Zelk banned them.
As @Nicbo said, don't do this. It's really obvious as even if it did glitch and you didn't get your prize, you wouldn't get the emerald block.
