Hi I recently bought a visa prepaid card that had 30 dollars in it. I checked out with the correct information 4 times and it did not work. It said something about We do not accept this card or something. Later I tried with paypal. Then it said this card cannot be used for transaction. I then bought something for 8 dollars which worked on another store. I was gonna get mvp and I have 22.01 left. Is there a way to fox this please respond. The card was also registered.

I had the exact same issue, I don’t know if there is really a direct solution. I just got a friend to purchase the item for me, then PayPal’d them the money afterwards.

1. Contact an admin+
2. Create a support ticket
3. (Best Solution) Tell a friend to buy it for you then paypal the money to them afterwards like Bellasprout did

Have you tried adding money to your PayPal account from the card before attempting the purchase?
Some merchants don’t allow some prepaid cards due to their increased likelihood of fraud.
