Hey so I’ve been getting a lot of question about the reset, mute reset, and the server in general a ton recently.

So in an effort to try and communicate better with the players, I thought it would be a good idea to do a quick Q&A and answer any and all questions the community have as of right now.

If I don’t reply to you instantly, I will. I’m either just busy, or verifying the answer with higher staff.

do you feel that you’ve started not playing as much / interacting with the community as much since you got mod? do you find it hard to play like a normal player since you have mod now?
i’ve noticed after players got staff, they stopped actually playing the server and focused more on moderating more, and i think that’s one of the reasons staff often don’t really understand what the players want / how they would react to an update.
 
How do you know who's your ally or not when fighting? Let's say your allies recruit a new member and you didn't know so you attack them by mistake. Is there any way to tell beyond ally chat?
 
i made a thread abt mute resets in kitpvp section, a specific someone asked when bans r gonna reset, i told them they wont reset, only mutes will but when is the next time they will reset bans, obvs not all bans but like to an extent were if youve been banned for over like 2-3months, then only they would get unbanned, that would be cool for some players.
