So my friend was messing around and found the command /q, when typed it shows the following message:

What is this command? lmao I'm so confused

Probably a command that administration has, I think the message means that if you did /q and it worked, invaded must have been hacked or compromised.

/q is probably an alias for /servermanager runcmd all stop, so that as you said if a kid with op does something or the server gets the ip leaked and gets uuid spoofed they just do /q and they will stop every single server, just a guess
