Question regarding to one of the rules.

Hello guys, I have a question regarding to the "no inappropriate builds/signs" rule.
Before I start, I just wanted to share some information about me that relates to the question :
I'm from a Communist country aka China. I love my country.

Below is my question :
Am I allowed to build the Hammer & Sickle symbol in game? Is it considered as inappropriate?
