High refresh rate. Im a 60 hz boy and it feels so chunky compared to 144 hz. Actually what do i know about 144hz lol i cant even reach that fps

Defintely high refresh rate, had both and prefer high refresh

Make sure it's 144hz because it makes everything much smoother and it will massively improve your aim on not only minecraft but any other game you play
