So my staff app is denied im not mad but the reasons are lack of detail (i put a lot of detail in but ok) but then no past experience how can u have past experience if almost all servers require past experience, again i am not mad its just a question

go on small servers that don’t require past experience (starting up servers, small ones, most avg like 1-10 players) and work your way up from there.
