Depends which staff and where.
On Forums, staff can't see the message, even if that staff is skeppy.
In game, staff can see msg if they have access to /socialspy command, which have access, I think, Manager and Admin.

Staff have access to view DM'S with you on the server, on the forums? I'm pretty confident they don't.

On the forums I'd think they do if necessary, because there is a report button that is available on the message, therefore it gets flagged to the staff.
