Hello everyone, I have seen a lot of chatter on the forums about tips for staff/staffing on a server from players who are denied, or still pending.
1) Never, and when I say this I mean it, mention your application status until the season is over. This shows professionalism to the managers and so fourth making your odds better the next season.
2) Mentioning if your application is still pending or has not been answered. You must take into consideration the time and effort it takes to go threw hundreds, maybe a thousand of applications in a month. Mentioning your status to anyone will show impatience to the Sr. Mods who handle applications and especially the manager(s).
3) Don’t try to brag or express yourself just because your application has not been denied or accepted yet this late In the season. I realize that this is the last day and a selected few will break into their happy dance, but a lot of people have made it thus far.
These are just some tips for applicants for this season and for those who wish to apply for the next one. If you have any negative or positive feedback I would love to hear it below. Thanks
