So I haven't played this server in over 6 months (estimate) and just started playing as of today and noticed my fudge rank was completely gone (the rank got renamed) so I made this forum to ask if I could find a mod reading this and they could help because the main moto for buying ranks on the invadedlands store is "ranks are permanent and never expire" so please if possible please give me my rank back (and for anyone reading yes /reclaim doesn't work and yes this isn't a alternate account)

it sounds like this was a custom rank to me. Those ranks, as well as invaded, do expire
