SO I submitted a refund on paypal for 8.54 as I paid for vip and wasn't happy with it so I got my rank removed but I dont have the money back in my paypal.

So you got PayPal to refund? Or you've asked staff for a refund?
Because if you got PayPal to refund, it could most likely be an issue on their side.

I would contact PayPal directly to find out the problem. Also I hope you know by refunding your rank that you will be blacklisted on the server.

Refunding a rank via PayPal will result in a blacklist. Reaching out via Purchase Support (https://invadedlands.net/form/purchase-support.3/select) would've been the better route to go if you had an issue. Ranks are non-refundable so either way you would've had to keep the rank.
