im a vip in kit pvp and im trying to upgrade to mvp. but for some reason i dont think its registering that im vip! it keeps saying "the required packages for that package have not been met"

Did you buy VIP or did you win it from a event, if the latter, that might be why. If you didn't, just make a purchase support ticket. Also, I would recomend getting a IRL to MVP.
