Hey Devs: go ahead and remove 90%(give or take) of rank perks because either they don't exist anymore or they are obsolete. Thanks

It's quite clearly a bug. If you want your perks back, then make a bug report so that they can give them back.

Correction: most perks are obsolete. You cant fix that through a bug report
