Rank's higher piority for queues

Hi! I am thinking about buying a rank and before that I need to know one important thing.

When you join queue it says that ranks have higher priority in queues, but I heard it's only for a server where you bought rank.
And here's the question.
Does it work on all servers or on server where you bought rank? (Including servers like events).

Everyone is a rando to skeppy so there are no ranks on the event servers lmfao.
