I think everyone is a 10/10.
Infact I'm gonna be a buzz kill here and say it's kind of disrespectful to do a public rating of all of our staff members. Especially since these can be (and most likely are) extremely biased. These people do a lot more than what you see behind the scenes, and every single person provides something unique to the team.

Agreed, they’re a team that work together so why compare, they all do a lot even if we don’t see them, unique people that bring in different strengths, everyone in the staff team is awesome

my opinion with staff: skeppy 1/10 (needs to bring more ideas to the server) mqgy: 7/10 (normal mod helpful at times. ) 7gtz: 2/10
(always handles appeals / reports, and you know its 90% gonna be denied for the stupidest reason)
smokepvp: 7.5/10 (he blocked me 2 years ago on dc cuz i dmed him too much lol mb, but decent mod)
redot: 6/10 (hes just a guy)
skeppycat: 5/10 (never on)
rikhard: 2/10 (high ego, never online, never responds to dms, not helpful 75% of the time)
fallen: 6.5/10 (decent needs more activity)
internals 1/10 (who is bro, never seen him online)
hayech: 5/10 (nm to say abt him, prob works a bit in the back)
superyacht 5/10 (not bad, sometimes online,)
mddey: 6.5/10 (helpful, needs more activity)
blurmit: 7/10 (good dev, we have had a few interactions. (also beat him in a 1v1 and i have the ss)
offical ranking, based off my and other people's experiences with staff over the years. (no hate)
I used to know and have spoken personally to the ones (one) I rated harshly and I have very good reasons to do so
otherwise I think it's just for fun for people to measure their experiences with staff
I would agree with you if this applied to a more hardworking career but being a mc server moderator is not so incredibly taxing that lighthearted rating should be considered disrespectful to their jobs
