Reached the limit of blacklist appeals?

Hello invadedlands people i recently got blacklisted for chargeback. Fellow person bought me some keys and chargebacked on me. I went on invadedlands yesterday to check if some of my old friends were still online. It was posted in chat that i was blacklisted for "Chargeback". Obviously the first thing i would do as anybody else was get onto the invadedlands forums and try and make a blacklist appeal for my false blacklist. I go ahead on blacklist appeal and it says i have reached the limit on how many blacklist appeals i can make. It is the only one that i cant make on for i can do it for the ban appeal
