Ok so I was casually in iron killing some diamonds at spawn. I had a enchanted bow but I thought it had punch on it. HOWEVER it didn't and I was facing NW (Remember this direction). Usually how bows with no punch literally just gives u absolute terrible kb correct? I never took any kb. I literally got so confused, and I faced north east, BUT my kb literally was dragged to NW. It is so confusing but try it yourself. Get a non punch bow and try it yourself.


THIS ALSO WORKS ON PUNCH 1 AND 2! If you bow boost towards NE then you will take bow boost kb a bit to the left because its trying to go towards NW. I have no idea if devs made bow boosting like this or so but still to this day bow boosting on invaded is still good but I just found this out and it is so fcking crazy. Try it yourself pls you will be fascinated.

im not sure what the cause of that is but i can do it while aiming at a certain angle most of the time

it is not a bug it is basically built in with bow boosting. I discovered this last night and it continued on this morning it is not a bug
