Hmm well, overall it just seems extremely unlikely for it to happen on here for really anyone, I'm not sure how much more time someone would have to put forward for that to be an actual consideration, but even after seeing that I'm still inclined to believe it's unlikely

On another note with the manager thing , admins aren't going to be promoted to a manager. Letting you run interviews was actually kinda a big thing considering there are people in place who are specifically paid for hiring and managing staff.

weren't u a mod when he was admin, how on Earth would you think you have more knowledge on a promotion to the management team than an admin, when you were literally a mod

I'd like to make it clear that being passed on about promotion was one of many reasons and not the main or major reason.

i kinda think she's right, the management team has always been really really exclusive and i thought everyone on the server was aware of that. idk if your attitude was necessary, everything she said made sense, even despite what mega said to apex. i know a lot of people who would rather say that than straight up say no to their most hardworking staff member

either way, your resignation reasons are valid, especially since you've never gained much in return for all your work here. i respect you and the amount of effort and care you've put into the server (it's honestly astonishing). the timing of this though is a little weird and doesn't make sense to me, but i'm going to assume your intentions were good and believe this is just you relieving this info from your shoulders, but just be aware that your post may come off wrong to certain people and seem more malicious than you meant

I also won't lie and say every suggestion was amazing, because some were a bit iffy (like your formats for staff apps, which were super clunky and had a lot of odd questions), but there are also some good ones too that really should've been considered a bit more (like mentoring, but I've always heard that typically staff members offer help/answer questions no matter what, so i can sort of (not all the way) see why this wasn't added, however i especially liked the trainee rating thing) but you did 100% deserve your voice to be heard and at least should've been given reasoning when your stuff isn't accepted

Most of these suggestions were rough drafts. I did not show the main suggestion I've submitted as it contains confidential information only staff has access to.
