What does each rank upgrade get different in terms of gear? When is the first set of diamond gear given?

Vip gives kit Vip which is p1 s1 all unbreaking with regen, speed, and a god apple.
Don't ask me if I can afford the rest, because I can't

What does each rank upgrade get different in terms of gear? When is the first set of diamond gear given?

Default ranks get 2 dia sets every day, kit daily and kit default, what changes as each rank progresses is higher prot/unbreaking and higher sharp on swords and bows go from power 1 punch 1 etc to punch 2 power 3. # of god apples also change and extras like speeds, f-res, regen and even rods at lord rank
