Reason why 1pick should be perm muted after his 10 mutes

Now I would like to start off by saying I want this to be a non-toxic chat, and I want facts to be put down.

Now I begin. So as we all know 1pick is associated with the staff on invadedlands and he knows them well. So tell me how he shouldn't be muted if he fairly got his 10 mutes and should be perm muted. I'm gonna bring a player I do not agree with BUT he poses as an example in this thread. Bbh_is_amazing. Muted for racism and toxicity. now he was fairly perm muted ay? but as he applys and gets denied everytime because he hit his limit. Now I would like to know why 1pick even though his 10 mutes were from link spam, weren't entirely his fault and he should be punished like every other player on here and should not get bias from staff


Edit - And even if he did appeal it was accepted way too fast. it Took Voltwave well over 5 months to even be accepted

he was muted for stream promotion, not toxicity. It was a misunderstanding therefore he was able to be temp muted instead
 
Ya but stream promotion is his own fault? doesn't matter if it wasn't toxicity.

it was not really noticed by him, and he was able to work it out with zelkam. BBH_is_amazing was straight up harrasing, nto comparable

Not noticed. So he should get away with it and other streamers can't if they hit 10 mutes?

Ya but my point is not any streamer can do that.

If I hit 10 mutes, Zelkam wouldn't even respond within atleast 2 weeks to a single message

But the perm mute should be shortened to 3 months, not an immediate unmute.

Anyway Voltwave had the same wait time for 3 months

If the managers decided that his instant unmute was justified then it was justified, simple as that. Nowhere does it say that the same punishment applies for every criteria of chat offenses.

Anyway from that 1pick was bias on him from staff so shouldn't that be looked at aswell

Hey you just skipped my point. Nowhere does it say that the same punishment applies in every criteria of chat offenses, and not all reduces are the same, some are a month, some are a week. The only time where reduces are the same are on guilty ban appeals.

My perm mute is 2 months and 10 days old, occured on 24/11/2019, and I still didn't get a reduce. Don't you think it's sad that invadedlands' staff denies FIVE of my mute appeals, which I was super sorry for breaking the rules and I did a nice detailed and quality appeals explaining my mistakes, I asked one of the people who denied my mute appeals, @S0V, and she told me:

BUT @1pick gets away with the perm mute in like 1-2 days, that's so bias and I don't know what to say anymore, staff hate me that check my appeals (like @S0V) hate me, @Nicki and @Periys blocked me on discord, and @Periys is the mod that made me legit cry, he literally took my ONLY chance of being unmuted, by Bruva, because Bruva knows that after 3 months the person should feel remorsed, so @Bruva promised me to reduce my mute on 24/2, here's evidence of @Bruva 's promise: https://gyazo.com/808d63e70bc53580bc584223e6d58470
(in 22 days, I could've gotten a mute reduce).

He didn't care about my mute being 3 months old at 24/2, but he also decides to take power to his own hands and destroy me mentally.
I like how @1pick gets his perm mute reduced in 1-2 days (In his first appeal), and I have 5 appeals denied which just adds to the pain how everything is so bias!!! He even got his perm mute reduced to 7d, while I only wish for 30d reduce or even 60d




Btw, my perm mute reason is: having more than 10 mutes on an account, not toxicity / racism...

yes I see, but if another streamer would've blatantly posted his link in chat every 2 minutes for 10 mutes then he might best case scenario go to a 3 month mute

Nop, if appealed the same thing will happen, reduce 1 week because it's not as severe as toxicity or disrespect

I don't think you understand that that won't happen. As if another streamer or someone posting for them got 10 mutes the mute wouldn't go to 1 week since the bias in invadedlands is so high
