Can someone explain this whole story with mega and decay and all this shit. I’ve been paying attention but I’m still confused can someone tell me the whole story or something please thanks. I don’t care enough to spend forever looking for information so just tell me pls

TLDR; Mega is very biased with how he treats staff. He sides with NVS (his e-girl freind). NVS basically said she didn’t like e_ic and him and all of his freinds got demoted for defending him. Decay was also demoted and made a thread about the situation “exposing” the management team. This thread caused decay to be forum banned and blacklisted from the server. This isn’t really a good reason to blacklist and forum ban someone. This is why everyone is mad at mega because he simps for NVS and sides with a snitch (periys).

I'm not disagreeing with you but it's not entirely true. Remeber Decay's thread? She posted screenshots, of certain chats with certain people all of which were cropped. He mentioned how he was never given a warning and was demoted straight off the bat. Mega gave us a screenshot of Decay spamming very inappropriate links in chat. Mega then proceeded to show us another screenshot of his warning message to him about being instantly demoted as he is on his last line. Granted I don't know everything, and no one apart from them two do, but how do you know that Decay isn't taking this to another level that it shouldn't be, and with Epic. The snitching part, it's not bad to tell someone about something that has happened to you from other members on othe team, when you're meant to work together. There's a point where it's no longer banter and they had to understand that. I'm not against Decay either btw he was a great mod. Mega's blacklist and forum ban to Decay wasn't very justified fair enough. But I don't see sufficient evidence to call Mega a simp to Nvs, I know what the proof is now. It doesn't mean that he is a simp. Nvs could be working completely fine.
Staff aren't meant to have a favourite, esp being a manager having a favourite mod. The way Decay reacted though, didn't show any faults of himself, just every flaw on Mega, Mega even opened his para with saying he's sorry about his mistakes, because he (hopefully) has now learned from them. Maybe Mega did make a mistake, but everyone makes them, but Decay should've known better than to react the way he did, going full at mega and nvs (+ periys).

Do we still know why e_ic was demoted? I couldn't find that in the thread, Periys was apologized to and still went to Mega, if we are to believe everything that doesn't contradict Mega in Decay's thread to be true, as well as the fact that Mega, for some unknown reason, forbid communications with former staff members? That doesn't make sense, and maybe one of Mega's mistakes, perhaps Mega felt slightly biased for Nicki as that was probably part of why Lauren and e_ic were demoted. I don't want to cause an argument, and probably not all of this is true, so if I have anything wrong, please inform me, as I only want the truth to be out
I don't actually know a lot about Epic's situation apart from it was apparently biased again from Mega 'SIMPING' nvs. I think it was very wrong of Mega to forbid communications with former staff members, because that's basically just cutting your best friends out your life for a reason that just isn't valid for that. I think your post is right. Periys was apologised to yes, but it's like being punched and they say sorry, you've still got the bruise and it still hurts, it's better for you to inform them. Periys might have felt it wasn't a serious apology and Decay still takes it as if it was genuine, they may have just kept on having their one-sided banter. There are lots of factors that could influence why Periys would want to tell mega. Maybe he didn't want to but it's something they have to do. Idk but you get my metaphor of being punched though, the bruise still being there and hurting, right? It may have been like that
But if epic and lauren were demoted for partially mega simping bvs? I think that’s clear bias, I conpletely agree on the Periys situation though
Yeah it probably is a bit biased, but I mean we can't do anything about it. Maybe Mega didn't see the point of view from Epic and Lauren as he was meant to and maybe acted out of what he heard first from Nvs first and took that as his main point of view even after hearing epic and lauren's view. I don't know there are lots and lots of situations that could've happened that influenced his decision. Maybe there were more incidents of immaturity or whatever it was that wasn't mentioned.
So in conclusion, a respectful debate gets answers in 2 posts. This is how the forums should work. In addition, a conclusion was reached: yes, mega is probably a simp but no hard evidence

I'm not involved with what decay posted yesterday but just to clear stuff up with you; epic was demoted due to not reporting the shit talking in that group chat, i was demoted for taking part in it. staff were told not to talk to me, epic and s0v due to us being caught up in a friend 'jokingly' making swat threats. due to a screenshot it looked like we were endorsing the person making these threats, but we weren't
I assume this was the reason staff members were told not to talk to us. I did clear iup the situation w/ mega after and he thankfully believed me
I wouldn't have really spoke about these 'swat threat' alligations otherwise as they're completely false and i would never do such thing, there was no point in me talking about it to the community obviously as it isn't really your guys business what goes on behind the scenes but as mega posted this screenshot in decay and epic's thread -

Could you also say then that it was right for Periys to so called 'snitch' on the other mods to Mega. It would be wouldn't it. Even if it didn't threaten their position

I'm honestly past beyond caring, this all happened over a month ago. I used to be very close to Periys, so even though what happened got me demoted - I absolutely deserved it. I don't have any hard feelings towards him. No one deserves to be bitched about
