It is listed on the rules, but they changed the rules (not telling anyone), disabled it (which we noticed), then re-enabled it without telling anyone causing people to get banned (probably myself soon because I didn't know).

Another problem that may come out of this is people being false banned because of double eating on accident, which looks like running while eating. you got blacklisted for dox threats to Puen GG ?doesn't matter if you knew or not, you could say you didn't know that doxxing someone was against the rules and still be blacklisted
