I suspect that Fibromyalgia and GERD would not allow for much voice tone variation (which may also explain why despite the different emotions shown by Corpse, his voice stays pretty much the same), thus while our morning voice may be lower, his morning voice stays almost the same.
This is just conjecture tho and it may be wrong.
