Review my staff app!

I don't think you are supposed to tell others to read your staff application. They kept the applications private for a reason. However, I feel that your application lacks detail in need areas. I suggest improving the wording of your application as well.

You can apply while you still have appealed. Appeals can take months to finish answering, so they allow people to apply, and then if it is true that it was a false ban, you can maybe be accepted.

The staff member thing is a yes/no question. They don't give you space to write anything, if I remember correctly.

It is but, in any other info I always write more info about that question as it can sometimes be misleading to the staff if it is a yes or no and you said a yes, being half true.
 
Okay so, I found a few reasons for why if I were a staff member I'd deny this application.
  • Very poor choice of words. While people expect you to be yourself, it is important to choose the right words when applying for a certain spot.
  • I really don't like the fact you used people and players' quotes, for example “He was so nice and caring. You did a good job raising him. He is such a mature boy.”, this honestly sounds like something you say about a 4 year old.
    and "I have been told I was really good staff on the servers I was staff on", no hating but I highly doubt someone would care about this.
  • You didn't really mention why you're going to be a good fit for a moderator besides you've been told you're a good staff member on other servers? You mainly just told us why you love the server and how everyone likes you.
  • Somewhat lacks detail imo.
All in all, I do believe this application was written very poorly, and I highly suggest on improving it for next season.
To finish with, I'll give you a small tip I got from Twsited before he resigned:
Saying "I got banned for ___. I didn't know it was bannable and it won't happen again" is not a very reasonable way to state and explain your punishment.
It's important to mention why you were banned exactly, and why it wont happen again.
 
it was a good app but you need to work on how you act. do you think staff are going to want people who come into peoples stream chats and call them extremely rude things (stuff that’s to bad to put on forums)
