How long have you been playing on InvadedLands?
I would say around 2 years by now, but I am not so sure. I'm sure you can check when I first logged onto the server with a little command though just to check if I am correct.
Have you ever been punished on InvadedLands?
Yes, 5 times. Someone else was on my account at the time, and they were using hacks on the server. I came back on my account to see that I was banned, and was confused at how it happened. Later I found out that someone else had been on my account, and I decided to appeal. It was my responsibility, and I am sorry for what I caused. The second time I was banned, was for block glitching. I never knew this was a bannable offense at the time, and many have told me it isn’t bannable. I was block glitching into the safe rooms with people inside and killing them. I am guilty for what I did, and will never do it again. I was also blacklisted from the server, because my brother hacked. (Was not on my account) I had a talk with Apex, I had my brother appeal, and he reduced my blacklist to 30 days. I am very sorry for what my brother did, he didn’t mean to hurt anyone. I was also banned a couple days ago for "Cheating." I was not actually cheating, it was just the anti-cheat false banning me for flying in a waterdrop event. I was banned for the same exact thing again recently, and are waiting for a log check from staff to see if I will be unbanned. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK MY APPEAL BEFORE ACCEPTING/DENYING ME!

Maturity
I know for a fact, that I am a very mature person. I’m not that guy who doesn’t have any fun, I’m the type of guy that is serious when he has to be, and can have a fun time while doing it. Whenever I go to a friends house, the parents always tell my mom or dad, “He was so nice and caring. You did a good job raising him. He is such a mature boy.” I am always told by many people that I am one of the most mature people they have ever seen, and it always makes me feel so happy and warm!
Maturity will help this server in many ways. I won’t lose my cool, which means that everything won’t be that awkward, and people will actually want to come to me when they need help. I will be dealing with rude people, because that’s how the internet works. I won’t just flip out on them for being rude to me, you have to be chill.
Experience (Answer for next question)
I have been staff on some pretty big servers and some small servers.
Skylords.org: I was staff on this server for the whole summer. While I was staff, I was catching hackers, Moderating the chat, Helping others who needed help, and staying active with mostly 10 hours of being online a day! The server reached 1000 people before, and usually had 400 people on at one time. I got to know many of the staff there, and at the end of summer I chose to resign because I wanted to focus on school, as I was going into the Junior High School for the first time, and knew it was going to be a completely different experience for me, so I couldn’t be worried about a Minecraft server.
PureMc.mc-srv.com: I am staff on this server that has maxed 400 players at one time, and is still a growing and thriving community of people. What I do here: Catch hackers, accept and deny staff applications, and help make the server a better place!
SkapSMP.mcalias.com: At the time of making this I am a trainee that has recently been accepted, and have already caught one griefer 2 hours after being accepted, and got him banned. What I do there: Catch hackers, report people for griefing, moderate the discord and in game chat, and make the community grow!
My Server: I recently shut it down, but it was a KitPvP, Factions, and Survival server and it was a place where I could test out commands to stay updated and see how I can improve myself on how I do with new commands and learn how to code a scoreboard (Which I did) And just make the server better! I reached a max of 20 players, as that was what the server I hosted on was the max amount. I banned hackers, and that’s really it.
ToadsPvP (Xoads Server): I have been staff on this one server called ToadsPvP. It wasn’t a big server, just one that Xoads thought it would be cool to stream on. I applied for Trainee, along with one other person getting accepted, and I was one person who did, along with somebody else. In the span of 2 days I caught 5 hackers, and muted 3 people. Xoads thought I was really doing good, so he thought I deserve mod! I was given mod, and had more perms, so I could help the server even more. I had perms to Ip-ban, and blacklist. In 2 more days I had punished 12 hackers, muted 7 people, and ip-banned 1 person. Then, he decided to give me Sr. Mod. I was able to host events, and make everyone have a good time! I was then promoted to Admin after 4 days, as I have caught 17 hackers, muted 19 people, and ip-banned 3 people. I am, as of now, still admin, and the server is going to shut down soon. It was fun while it lasted, and I have a great time!
NOTE - Most of these servers SHUT DOWN, so you won’t be able to find them, because they weren’t doing good with money.
Activity
I am usually on the server around 4-5 hours a day, (maybe more if it’s the weekend) playing, talking in chat, and sometimes catching hackers or reporting people to the forums. Most of them have been shot down because they were false, or I didn’t know at the time that if I crop the image it could look fake. My one goal was to make this server a better place, and so I tried to do my best to go many different places looking for hackers with OBS opened, and found hackers and then reported them. I play on this server a lot, it is my favorite server, and I want to stand out more, and be recognized by many of what I have been doing in the shadows, and show it to everyone! I want everyone to respect me for who I am and what I do!
Patience:
I am a very patient person. I know this because whenever I am in line somewhere, or are waiting for something, I never rush it. I’ve learned rushing stuff just makes the end product worse than it could have been, and some people could be upset at you for it. This could help the community by when dealing with a hacker, and he’s taking forever to upload a picture of F3 or something like that, I won’t just ban him for no reason. “Innocent until proven guilty” ties in with this. You can’t just say someone is guilty without proof. So I will have to wait for proof, and I have to make sure I actually HAVE proof to ban them. That would be unprofessional if I just banned them without proof.
Manners/Respect:
I was raised by a very strict family. Since I was raised this way, I used to think my mom was a bit weird. But then I realized she just wanted to make me become a nice, and respectable gentleman that people would like. Now I know why this stuff was important, so that you don’t just do stupid stuff, and in this case, ban a player for no reason. Always ask before you do something if you are unsure, and look for guidance from someone who is better than you at it. Manners will help, so I won’t just say something like “Heck you” and ban them, or make it look like you hired a 2 year old. I want to be that person that people actually take advice from, and people think is a good fit in the community. This also helped because if I am rude, or disrespectful, that will put a bad vibe on this server, and they will want to leave. I’ve noticed that with bad staff. If there is a bad/rude staff member, people will leave and never come back because of that one experience.

Why would you be a good fit for staff?
I think that I could fit in here because I have been told I was really good staff on the servers I was staff on so, that made me think that I can go on to a bigger server, since they all said I did so good. I am a smart, quick-thinking person when put in the hot seat, I can do pretty well with knowing what to do where and how I am supposed to do it. I know a lot about the server, and am on here a lot. Many people know who I am, and talk to me a lot. I have many people messaging me on the server at once, and I feel loved by the community. I’ve been here since 2017 I think, and love to play on this server. Its taught me so much ranging from learning how to pvp to being a better person in general! I thank Skeppy and everyone who has developed this server as a whole for giving me this opportunity to play on this server, and wish to carry that onto other players I invite and help! Also I see a bunch of people exploiting whenever staff are NOT on, and it annoys me. Knowing that I recently just got a new gaming pc, I can record hackers at a really good framerate, and also exploiters.

My schedule: Summer: Days - 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM MAX, Weekend Days -12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM MAX, and School: Days - 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM MAX. Other than that, not really anything else.
