Honestly tho buying something for somebody else and doing a chargeback is just being a Dick. Its probably best for them to send you the money through a non-refundable service

Hello, I think your best option is to
1. make a blacklist appeal and hope the staff see it
2. Try to contact staff through discord

Both of these options aren't a guaranteed unblacklist but its worth a shot to try to see if the staff would listen to you problem. Hopefully this helped!

He already said that he made an appeal and you're not meant to contact staff about your appeal as it can cause it to being instantly denied.

I thought that as well at the start but since irl money scamming is not allowed on the server, it means that with proof you can get the person punished. However, if you did it through Paypal etc, you have no security if you get scammed.

When you chargeback you don’t instantly get the money back in most cases. I guess you could say it’s like opening a ticket in PayPal and saying you didn’t receive the stuff or you got scammed. The sellers can probs try and prove they actually bough the stuff and that ReynDoggy is committing fraud.

he... did commit fraud,he chargeback I don't know what your trying to say, and no you don't get your money back at all, cuz of the terms of service.
