Ridiculous server

Big rant ahead about something not that important, however I don’t wanna study and Invaded did me dirty.

Imagine waiting for more than a full month with not a single reply to your Media application, just to be told by the people apearantly reading the apps and not replying, that I’m immature about the situation (because i said they took too long and idc anymore, and they are a bad staff team ;p) and shouldv’e directly contacted staff about why it’s taking so long (which is against the rules. I wasn’t allowed to pm staff about applications or it would be denied). I am gonna be immature after getting ignored for a month while you clearly are able to react when called out. I was patient for a full month yet not a single staff member did their job and told me anything. However when I tell them they took too long, they instantly read it and tell me I should’ve broken the network rules instead of wait patiently.

Other medias on the server had received their rank within 10 hours of applying.
Other servers reply to applicants within ~5 minutes (mmc etc)

This is pretty bad, just like the new “biggest update yet” which was just a new map, some changes to kits, and ofcourse new keys
Anyways this was me ranting instead of studying for my exams i hope you enjoyed

Thank you for taking the time to create a public thread complaining about the circumstances in which you were denied. Since you have decided to not fully read/understand my original reply, I will make things more clear for you.

Nowhere on that post does it say anything about not being able to ask staff members why your application is taking a long time to be reviewed. Media applications are a special case in which only certain ranks can currently review them as they require specific permissions to accept. More than one person before you had asked about why they are taking a while to be reviewed, and they were given a direct answer basically immediately after they asked. You did not even attempt to communicate with a single member of the staff team.

It's not our job to monitor YOUR specific application 100% of the time. Staffers have more than one thing to do on the server, on top of what we do IRL anyway. I'm sorry to say that we are not everywhere 100% of the time. It is your responsibility to get in contact with us if you have any questions, and that applies to all players about all topics.

Do not try to attack the whole team for something that I personally replied to. If you have a gripe with my message, that gripe is with me, not the team as a whole. However, to re-iterate again why your application could not be approved by just anyone - we do not have the permissions to grant you this role on the server.

The last people who had a media rank granted to their accounts happened before our managerial issues on the server. That is neither their fault, the fault of current staff, nor the fault of managers. There is a lot going on behind the scenes and after such a turbulent period priorities have been shifted.

This has absolutely nothing to do with your media application.

To be clear - all of this was communicated to you on your application. Hopefully, this reply helps you to have a better understanding as to why you were denied.
