The fact is they simply cant fix it unless they make it bannable or something.
From what I know is that one of the staff had some miss-communication and staff started banning people for it.
Then a higher management said to the staff on some sort of communication application like (Telegram, Discord Probably) that it shouldn't be bannable and the reasoning is because they simply can't block it as it is a vanilla (Minecraft's Code) bug/glitch that wasn't meant to be in the game. As I know about development stuff there isn't a way to patch it. They could make it bannable but its the fact everyone can do it on every client as it just like another meta. As far as I am aware they dont have in mind to make it bannable since I've talked to numerous staff members about it, so if I was you just stop making comments about it but if u want you can push it to maybe persuade the Higher ups.
The staff do get that if you have a higher ping you can't do it as well as other low pings.
How it works is when you eat a steak/golden apple you have to drop a golden apple in a(1) tick (Ticks in a second is 20).
So basically Minecraft messed up their code for the game.
Networks like Lunar,MMC don't think it should be a bannable thing as it is a actual bug in the game.
