evites for me its been 18 hours im a overlord rank been on the server for 3 years and this is my first ever ban (false ban) i still havent been replied to but im waiting paitently
I got false banned for fly hacks last night and this is my first ban ever as well. I’m also overlord
 
someone tell him/her that this server has 500 players on at the same time...

hundreds of ban appeals everyday
loads of purchase supports every day
loads of blacklist appeals everyday

Only managers can %100 accept purchase supports...
Same with blacklists (i believe)
and only admins+ can accept false bans.

For goodness sake be patient.

P.S everytime you reply to your support ticket it goes to the bottom of the list they check, because they look at the oldest replied ones first

Admins do get paid on most servers but i believe not in this one (if things aren't changed) . Tehneon(dev)does get paid tho

I really don't get paid. I'm doing this voluntarily.

It seems that the server may recently have removed the ability to scam player-to-player on kitpvp...but at the same time it seem's that the admin's and owner's have further gone out of their way to not update players that have spent their money on the server making me believe that they have indeed scammed me. I'm not a known player on this server nor does $8USD mean anything to me, but not delivering on what's promised is absolutely trashy imo. It seems that @ApexWasabi is purposely delaying a reply to me so I can't chargeback...and if I do chargeback, I get perm banned. What a joke this server's staff team is.

Its been 2 weeks officially, this is my second ticket opened and you haven't been able to get to me because of a backlog....at least update me on that instead of continously commenting on others threads.

I'd like to apologize for not responding immediately since this is not the only case I am currently handling. Payments and such are also not something I'm actually capable of handling. I can only check for false chargebacks and if the player received the items or not. Even if I can confirm that you paid the money, I need a manager to grant you the specific perks you purchased hence why it takes longer. I am not ignoring you, but It's my fault on my end for not updating you frequently on the situation. I'll explain further about your situation in conversation.

It's literally apex, he's a brain dead admin that doesn't know how to run the server. He needs to open his eyes fully for once and actually not be corrupt.
Is that because you boosted your kills with 3 other players (2 donors 1 default) and got blacklisted for 30 days from me? That seems relly fair.


To conclude; none of the 'applied' gets paid (at least). We are all volunteers. We are trying our best to handle things, but we cannot prioritize InvadedLands above everything that happens in our life.
