Should they make griefing or ingame scamming bannable

Scammers and dupers

As we all know there is scammers and dupers in the game, right?
Lets say you play skyblock every day grinding and getting money/spawners and you try to get some people on your island to help you right? Because you want to have a nice island and make new friends. But you might have invited the wrong person to the island, and yes that is your fault. But you didnt know that they were a scammer or griefer.
And then the island you have worked so hard on, gets destroyed.. Or for instance you try to irl deal, and since some people can be very, lets say mean. You tell they you will not go first because they can scam you. And of course there comes the toxicity, that person might get upset and start talking mean things about you in chat and the more you try to tell them they're wrong the more they'll try to ruin your reputation. All i am saying is that maybe there is a way ingame scamming and griefing would be bannable. It ruins the game and upsets people. I've seen people lose all their stuff due to scammers or griefers. I have also lost 25 million before. But I can get into the whole story some other day. Thank you for reading, this post was nothing personal to anyone its just expressing how i feel about the situation on the server. ?

Duping is definitely bannable its kind of hard to catch a duper though, unless they make it blatantly obvious. Also scamming is apart of the game ,and I would like for it to be bannable, and I think everyone would, but with the amount of scammers there are it would be near impossible to ban every single one. Staff already have alot on there plate and banning scammers wouldnt be a n1 priority.

If u get caught duping u get blacklisted but they are hard to catch
 
they have access to key logs etc. so its not that hard depending on what they dupe
