Don't worry, as the server has just been placed under maintenance to resolve this issue. Occasionally, you will find that the network or perhaps specific servers such as Survival will require either brief or extended updates to resolve issues. This includes the believed single current issue of which is plugins incorrectly loading in the Hubs. It doesn't suggest that the server has been compromised.
Because people are going to want to know whats going on, Im going to explain it very short and simple:
The lobbies (there is multiple) each share the same plugins. Those plugins did not load correctly when the servers were restarted, and when plugins do not load correctly, things break. The only way this can be fixed is through a Manager (or higher) restarting the lobbies. We are very fortunate that permissions are still intact.
The server was not hacked or compromised. This is an issue that happens with every server, sometimes you get a bad restart and half of your plugins do not initialize. Restarting fixes it.

then why dont they just restart the server again or restart the plugins
That is why the network is under maintenance. They are resolving the issue. Its hard to get a staff's attention especially at this time of night, hence why it took a while.
The server is stopping players from logging in, it doesnt kick people off of it. You were already logged in by the time the server was put under maintenance.
