Server lags out

I started playing KitPvP, and suddenly I got disconnected.

"The server you were on is now down for:
Timed out"

I try to join again, but it timed out again.
This is my 5th timed out

Edit: This is my 7th timed out, 3rd disconnect, 2nd respawn lag, over 10th chunk loading lag

That is not the server lagging out, it is your internet, try using ethernet, it's a great fix to that
