they don't have to lock threads immediately, and they don't have to lock threads if they don't want to. They also have to do discord, ban/bl stuff, and more stuff the close. Knowing they also have lives out of invaded!

i was just joking. (senior) mods, admins and managers have life outside of moderating the whole server.

edit: forgot about trainees. trainees also have life outside of moderating the server.
