Servers to start in as a new helper

I wanted to become a helper in a server I am passionate in but cant find any that would accept a 14 year old and doesn't need any experience because I haven't been a helper ever. if you know any servers like that please tell me thanks

A good ammount of servers will accept 14 year olds. I am not naming any because it would be advertising potentially.
That being said, you should not look for servers with the sole intention of staffing. You should find a server and community that you enjoy playing, and want to enrich the experience of others. Whether it is invaded or not, you should genuinely put time and care into a community and cement yourself as an active and helpful community member before applying. Any server that accepts people that haven't really played the server are usually not very fun to staff, and are likely not very good/popular servers.

You can look on Minecraft forums; there's a section dedicated to servers recruiting, you can find a spot even without experience. They're usually new servers that you can help grow.

I would tell you but that would potentially be advertising, go on forums but dont look to just be staff. look to be involved in the community.
