well you see there is a limited amount of them, but the further you get into the season, the more valuable it gets since all end cities are prob looted by then but selling them now?? actuially thats a great point why did i sell mine
This has been discussed before, The reason they are disabled is because it nullifies one of the main perks of ranks, which is access to player vaults. The same goes for a few other perks of updates past 1.8
while yeah their public reasoning is absolute bs, they're probably keeping it disabled to prevent dupe glitches
