Sign Scammers - Requesting Admin's Help

As stated in the title, I unfortunately fell for a sign scam.
Brief back story: I usually go around helping people, paying random anywhere from 1-25m whenever I see it in chat.

spookykittyboy messages me and asked for my help and so I decided to tp to him and check out what he needs. He tells me to click a button, then says to right click a sign. I unfortunately decided to click on the sign without reading what was on it (not very big brain of me). I was wondering if this is a bannable offense. If it is, the two perpetrators are: spookykittyboy and Big_BBL_Latina.

Is it possible to be re-imbursed for this? I made a lot of my in game money by doing irl favors for others. So *technically* I lost IRL money.

edit: I'm hearing many others also got scammed by these same people and I heard that they are tp trapping WHICH is a bannable offense.

When it comes to scamming, that is not against the rules, it's your responsibility to check what the sign says in this case as well.

For the tp trapping, have the people who were tp trapped report the player who did it.

They can do this by doing /report [IGN] or submitting a report through the forums.
