I've noticed that in Skeppy's videos, he types a command on a sign and then the text, and when he closes the edit screen, it's bold and coloured, how does he do this? I've tested the command and it only makes it coloured, not bold.

You can't make it bold, that's for staff only, meanwhile normal & colors work, you just can't make it bold.
