This is an interesting one. On paper, it is significantly inferior to the Ice Crate. However, it dumps massive amounts of collectible or hard-to-estimate items that may change your idea of what it's worth. I have no way to predict how the market will swing for these items, both immediately and in the future.

The crate returns 62.33% of what you spend in vouchers, and produces about 4.6m in in-game value per effective dollar spent. These figures are worse than that of an Ice Crate, please read my analysis of that crate here. It also returns an estimated $0.61 in IRL value (Invaded ranks, Skeppy rank, cosmetics) per effective dollar spent; that, too, is worse than the Ice Crate, although both involve a lot of estimates. A lot of the difference in this is driven by the lower voucher rate, so you're effectively spending more per key.

Honestly, the fact that they released two crates like this in a row is sad. They're clearly sacrificing the long-term playability of the season for a few bucks in the short term, and these crates will cause economic inflation and push the reset earlier, so they can repeat the cycle all over again. The managers don't deserve your IRL money, and you should use whatever vouchers you have to buy keys if that's what you're after.
