Skeppy trolling going to far?

Skeppy makes content on The server Invadedlands. In some of his content he can get players banned for no reason. Like In the Video, I TRIGGERED HAYECH. There are shows of many innocent players being banned and Blacklisted. He can also ban players himself for no reason I'm not completely sure if they get unbanned or what but it's too far banning innocents.

true, he should just show it in the video that he unbanned them and give them a rank or a good prize (that isnt diamond blocks its easy to get) like netherite or full maxed out armor.
