I noticed that people seem to all have their own pre-conceived idea of whether Smoke left honorably or dishonorably... probably wise not to speculate on that unless you have some evidence one way or the other.
ETA: I don't believe an opinion as to whether Smoke no longer being staff is good or bad is speculation, I'm talking mostly about people who say "Smoke stepped down", "Smoke was demoted", or anything to that effect. Those are statements of fact and neither has supporting evidence presented here.

I’ve also noticed quite a lot of people that have celebrated after Smoke was removed from the staff team. Everyone’s available to voice their opinion, but don’t you all think we should appreciate the work he’s put into the server in the previous years and give him a nice farewell instead of a farewell filled with previous mistakes and hatred?…
