I've been trying to redeem my voucher for quite a bit of time. Despite what seems to be a simple task, maybe it's incredibly complicated to send me a $50 Voucher Code. Maybe im impatient, but sending me a response, then not replying to my answer is simply weird.

purchase supports take like 2-4 weeks, usually longer. Dm LukeLovesCandy directly on discord and he will help quicker. I believe it says somewhere on forums that spamming for support will delay it further.

It has been said previously that bumping support or reports will increase your time in the queue as it bumps the thread to be the newest.
