So I got false banned while playing KitPVP because the anticheat somehow found me to be using hacks? But I wasn't doing anything at all. So I made a ban appeal. Instead of helping me with information on something I could do, the staff member told me that I had to get the jail credits. Yeah I'm not getting 3000 jail credits to play on a dead minecraft server. Of course, if there were staff members that would actually try to help people with false bans instead of ignoring them entirely, then I'm sure that I could be unbanned pretty quickly. Not to mention the fact that I had to wait more than 24 hours for the appeal to be replied to. I didn't want to make a post like this, because believe it or not, I have an ounce of respect towards the staff members, but I have no choice now. Please fix the anticheat.

If you appeal a ban and it gets denied, that means it wasn’t false.

That's great, but I'm playing on a vanilla version of Minecraft and I have a regular mouse so I don't know what this could've helped me with. I dont know how I was false banned, though. I was just playing the game normally and got banned.
Staff can’t access logs unless you are a manager. They can’t show you any proof because they didn’t ban you, the anti cheat did. Even though you did nothing wrong (I’m pretty sure) I would admit and get a 30d ban
