So basically, I have appealed 2 times for my blacklist to be lifted, and got denied both times, and now I can't appeal again because I have filled out that forum the maximum amount of times. So my question is, for the next season, will we get another chance to appeal?

I believe that you can’t, I’m not quite certain though. Try using discord if staff don’t respond here.

I don’t think so, try dming a staff member on discord or maybe have someone else fill out an appeal for you, not much you can do

you are obviously being denied for a reason, and you are being impatient. also, evading a blacklist doesn't help your situation much either...
