Something I wanna know

So before I ask the question, I've applied for Trainee a couple of times now, all of my applications were denied. On the first (on this forums) I lied about being staff on a server previously and on my most recent (last app season) was because I hadn't given it long enough since my last app to show I'd changed as a person and stopped lying as well as copying the same application from the season before.

Now, I know you'll all just say no because I'm a randy but. If I apply the season after next, proving I've changed and re-writing my application (with no lies), do you think that I have a chance of being staff or will me lying always be held against me.

probably you won't be accepted, since you go on and off the forums, e.g. march to april, may 10 to may 30, etc. they want consistent activity, like @System64 and I who are certified forums tryhards

I’d say that lying on your app will always be viewed by staff harshly, and for good reason. This isn’t to say you can’t improve your chances, but I do think that lies on your app will always be held against your reputation.

If you don't have really good past staff experience, (100+ active players), and you aren't a daily player on the forums and server, it really isn't even worth applying. As much as I would love to apply for staff on this server, I never have, because I know I will get denied, and it is a waste of staff's time. Lying on apps will never work. They do thorough background checks of anyone who they consider for staff. Lying is quite possibly the worst thing you can do, as server managers look for people to TRUST with the permissions they are given. It is very hard to trust someone who has lied to your face in the past, even if they truly have changed.

MortalMC - Factions server, 200+ players at each Factions SOTW, averaged at between 50-100 daily. Started as helper, later promoted to manager (after applying for it) then gained ownership after the Owner left mc (he's now come back and will be re-opening Mortal)

TechtonicMC - Highest of around 20 players, gained 4-5 a day. Owned by me when I was like 12

UltraCloud - My current server, has had a highest playercount of about 25, gains 5-10 players concurrently, currently down for maintenance.

GraystoneMC - Staff Manager (Called operator there but is a staff manager) got around 100 players a day, higest of 650, has now shut down (been shut down for like a year now) due to lack of funding

Arro Network - Didn't include in my last application, was a mod here. Highest count of about 10

The GardenMC - Also didn't include, was also mod here, highest playercount of 20.

I would wait a little, because lying on an application and just copying it over and over shows no improvement. But, I feel they will know when you have learned from your mistakes and have genuinely changed. Best Of Luck!

I'll most likely re-apply the season after next, gives me time to be even more active on all platforms as well as show the team that I've changed. Then again I may decide not too depending on if I feel I can write an even better application.

Well I mean staying active is really good. But, I would just try one more time you can always improve. Just show that you're more mature and responsible, etc...
