I've recently purchased Overlord rank on Kitpvp. I no longer am, and have somehow been put back down to God rank.

It's been 2 - 3 days now of trying to contact staff over a $160 rank upgrade that failed and I'm getting nowhere. No staff above mod are ever active, or they just read my ticket and ignore it. It's ridiculous. I've been told by many people it takes months for them to respond and/or actually do something about their situation. It's your top rank that you sell for a stupid price but people like me still buy them.

I'm not sitting here for months like the others waiting on you do get off your ass and do something about it. Somethings gotta change, else i'm taking the blacklist.

And for any staff who are reading this, don't ignore it. Be useful and contact higher staff. Not hard.

I don’t think you understand the manpower it takes to maintain this server. Staff do so much behind the scenes work that the player can’t see. Staff aren’t inactive they just do the work that players can’t see. Instead of complaining just be patient. To add even if you do charge back Invaded can easily challenge the chargeback and win.

*also they would 100% win the chargeback, do not underestimate their influence with you being a "contract" residing player
just saying.
