Hi I just bought the VIP rank and I oonly received the kit and name in chat but didn't get the money or a key I just got the key from doing /reclaim

Hey try /reclaim thats most likely your problem. Relog and try it again. If there is an issue beyond that, contact a staff member or post this in community help fourm/bug issues/ anything but this fourm Thanks!

The command ./reclaim can only be used once every season, this gives you the bonuses that you receive with buying a rank such as money, keys, extra permissions, etc..
