Spawners deleting themselves upon placement

I keep trying to place spawners and they just keep saying "Stack size increased" even though theres no spawners nearby and it just eats them (i have videos of both happening but it keeps saying the files (12mb) are too large for the server to process...)

When you stack spawners, you are combining them into 1 single spawner that spawns multiple mobs based off of how many spawners are in it. You most likely have another creeper spawner (in the farm above?) that is stacking them in. If not, I recommend submitting a BUG REPORT

the farm above is an ig farm, there are no creeper spawners anywhere near me ;-; (thank you for the reply)
